Where Am I Going?

In one sport, we find many.  The bowlers and the golfers likely think that, too.  They are not correct.  And the baseballers and the runners, maybe?  They wish.  You'd think the experience wouldn't be that different, saddling up above different frames with various style Sidis orbiting the bottom bracket.  But to those pilots of 'cross bikes, Cervelos, Stump Jumpers, tandems, crit rigs, or clean-lined fixies, the variations seem more than distinct.  For God's sake, these people read different magazines.

So I pose that once you master the 'Sidi orbit around the BB' thing, you have lots of options.

I don't think I'd grow weary of pedaling if I could only ride road.  But the opportunity to ride road year 'round and mix in dirt road cross rides, a tri or two, spin classes, a tandem rally once a year, and the occasional trip to the velodrome - that's an incredible spectrum.  There is no chance that I will ever tire of doing this. Nada.

So where am I going with all of this?  On every good route I can find - wherever it may lead.  The journey is the destination; and I'm destined to make this journey.  See you on the road.
